Jh.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#aa0909\" class=\"has-inline-color\">F\u00fcr die gr\u00f6\u00dften in S\u00fcdtirol ans\u00e4ssigen Konzerne war ich in den Bereichen Marketing und Vertrieb in der Personalaus- und -fortbildung t\u00e4tig und arbeite eng zusammen mit der Universit\u00e0 Popolare delle Alpi Dolomitiche in Bozen, wo ich mich um den Ausbau und die Erneuerung des Fachbereichs Psychologie und Kommunikation k\u00fcmmere.<br>W\u00e4hrend meines Studiums der Betriebswirtschaft habe ich f\u00fcnf Jahre in Bologna und ein Jahr in Norddeutschland gelebt und noch heute reise ich viel, um &#8220;stets einen &#8220;frischen&#8221; Blick auf die Dinge zu bekommen&#8221;.<\/mark><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich setze das um, was ich in meinem Studium gelernt habe. Es basiert auf theoretischen Erkl\u00e4rungen, die von der kognitiven und Verhaltenspsychologie, der Ergonomie und Arbeitsorganisation ver\u00e4ndert werden, die aber vor allem die induktive Methode in den Mittelpunkt r\u00fccken, oder anders gesagt, ich versuche mich einzubringen, um die theoretisch erlernten Konzepte direkt und unmittelbar zu erproben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\"
